The Communiqué on the Professions Subject to the Obligation of Vocational Qualification Certificate entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 11 November 2018 and numbered 30592.

With this communiqué, the number of professions required for the VQA Vocational Qualification Certificate has increased from 81 to 117.

With the fourth communiqué published in the Official Gazette dated 11 November 2018 and numbered 30592, the requirement for VQA Vocational Qualification Certificate was introduced in 36 more professions. In the 36 occupations listed in the communiqué 2018/1 of the Ministry of Family, Labor And Social Services, persons who do not have the VQA Professional Qualification Certificate will not be able to work twelve months after the date of publication of the notification (as of 11.11.2019).
